Surface Preparation

Remove any dust, cuttings, paint, grease, algae and loose material. Enlarge all cracks and small holes. Cut squarely or undercut. Do not create V-shaped cuts.

Mixing Instructions and Application

Using a clean container, combine 1 part clean cold water with 4-1/2 parts uncontaminated powder. Using clean tools, mix to a putty-like consistency. Only mix as long as it takes to mix the powder and water. Do not mix more than can be applied in 3 minutes. Ice water will give you a longer working time. Warm water will speed setting time. Dampen area and apply by placing mixture using maximum pressure and level off immediately. Then hold your towel down on the pool plaster repair you have just placed for 3 to 4 minutes using maximum pressure. Now dampen the patched area to prevent cracking for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Underwater Application

Mix as above, roll mixture between hands 1-2 minutes or until it is warm and starts to harden. Pass underwater and force it into place using maximum pressure and level off immediately with surrounding surface. Maintain pressure for a minimum of 3 minutes or until the mixture hardens.
