Los Angeles Public Library LEEDS Project

Throop Company was contacted to produce parking lot islands and sidewalks in a concrete lighter in color than normal concrete for the Los Angeles Public Library LEEDS Project. The result was that less heat is reflected from the parking lot islands and sidewalks. We used Type III cement to achieve the color requested.
